Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Unreel Estate platform (“Service”), operated by Galli Productions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Unreel Estate provides a self-serve AI content studio for real estate marketing. Users upload property media, choose outputs such as photo enhancement, virtual staging, video, reels, or listing assets, and manage generated content in their account.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Unreel may offer monthly credit subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices, credit costs, and available outputs may change between billing cycles or as product availability changes
• Galli Productions service work, if requested separately, is quoted and contracted outside the Unreel self-serve studio

5. Refund Policy

• Unused credits: Refund eligibility depends on the Stripe transaction, subscription status, and whether credits have been used
• Generated outputs: Credits are generally not refunded once an AI job has started, except where a failed job is eligible for refund or retry
• Quality issues: If an output fails technically or materially does not match the selected workflow, we may provide a retry, credit refund, or other remedy at our discretion

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all photos you upload
• After successful generation and payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use generated outputs for real estate marketing and promotional purposes
• We may use anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing
• You represent that you have the right to use and submit the photos you upload

7. AI Outputs and Transparency

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or materially different from the uploaded property media. You must review every output before publishing it.
• Virtual staging, object removal, relighting, generated video, and other substantial AI changes must not be presented as an unaltered record of the property.
• You are responsible for keeping a clear virtual-staging, AI-modified, or AI-generated disclosure visible when required by law, a listing service, an advertising platform, or the context in which the output is published.
• You may not intentionally remove, conceal, or tamper with transparency labels, provenance information, or machine-readable markers applied by Unreel or an upstream provider, except where a legitimate technical process replaces them with accurate equivalent information.
• Unreel does not verify property facts, measurements, availability, condition, listing-service compliance, or fair-housing compliance on your behalf.

8. Processing Timeline

Processing timelines are estimates and depend on the selected output, upload size, provider availability, and system load. AI jobs may complete quickly or may be delayed during high-demand periods or provider outages.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate real estate marketing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our editing processes or technology
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our team or other users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galli Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected transaction or, for subscription use, the amount paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate platform notice or another legally required channel.
