We collect and process the following personal data:

• Account information: name, email address, optional phone number, profile details, and brand kit details
• Property media: images and related files you upload for self-serve AI workflows
• AI instructions and outputs: prompts, edit selections, workflow settings, generated media, and related provenance or generation identifiers
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type (collected via analytics, if consented)
• Communications: emails and messages exchanged with our support team

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on:

• Contract performance: to provide the platform, credits, generated outputs, and account features you request
• Consent: for analytics cookies and marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time)
• Legitimate interest: to improve our service, prevent fraud, and ensure security

• To provide the Unreel platform, process uploads, and generate requested outputs

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the platform. Contractual, transfer, and security safeguards are applied where required by applicable law. Providers currently include:

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — EU-compatible, SOC 2 certified
• Stripe (payment processing) — PCI DSS Level 1 certified
• Google (OAuth authentication) — GDPR compliant
• Resend (email delivery) — processes email addresses for transactional emails
• Vercel (hosting) — GDPR compliant, US-based with standard contractual clauses
• Specialised AI providers (for example Google, OpenAI, Topaz Labs, BytePlus, Runway, or equivalent providers selected for a requested workflow) — may process uploaded media, prompts, and output data needed to generate or edit the asset

6. AI Processing and Automated Outputs

When you request an AI workflow, the property media, prompt, selected options, and limited technical context required for that workflow may be transmitted to a specialised provider. The output is generated or modified automatically and returned to your Unreel library.

These workflows create marketing assets; they do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you or another person. Unreel does not use the Service to decide access to housing, credit, employment, insurance, or an essential service. You must review generated property facts and publishable claims before use.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform. Specifically:

• Account data: retained until you request deletion
• Uploaded property media: retained while your account or related project remains active, unless you delete it or request deletion
• Generated assets: retained while your account or related project remains active, unless you delete them or request deletion
• Payment records: retained for 7 years (legal requirement)

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time
